VETERAN politician Vernon Mwaanga has submitted that the number of constituencies should be substantially increased to enhance citizen representation countrywide. Mwaanga has further proposed that special seats and wards for women should be created where women will contest against each other using proportional representation. He has also submitted that the number of nominated members of parliament by the President should be increased from the current eight to 10.
