FIVE people have died while four others are receiving medical treatment after consuming home-brewed beer in Zimba, Southern Province. The home-brewed beer, which is known as Java or Chijabbo, is a combination of water, sweetened powder, floor polish, tyre-mending solution and methylated spirit.
