THE 2024 Auditor General’s Report on Local Authorities has revealed that Sinda Town Council engaged NY Engineers Art Limited to construct a council bar and restaurant at a contract sum of K1,406,585 with a completion period of 12 weeks. The audit report indicated that although the contract was scheduled to run from April 3, 2023 to July 19, 2023, a physical inspection in September 2025 revealed that plumbing, electrical installations and other works were outstanding, with the contractor not on site.
