FORMER LAZ president Linda Kasonde says passing the proportional representation electoral system in Bill 7 will not redress the lack of women, youth and persons with disabilities representation in Parliament. And Kasonde says the vote on Bill 7 is a clear demonstration that opposition political parties do not have the best interests of citizens.
