HOME Affairs and Internal Security Minister Jack Mwiimbu says the planned solidarity march for Archbishop Alick Banda from the Cathedral of the Child Jesus to the Drug Enforcement Commission without a police permit is illegal. Mwiimbu, has described the march as a political procession, but says government has no intention to interfere with the prayer meeting scheduled to be held before the march.
