NAQEZ Executive Director Aaron Chansa says lack of textbooks and other resources is hindering the new curriculum implementation. But Ministry of Education Permament Secretary Dr Kelvin Mambwe says the procurement of the new curriculum textbooks is at an advanced stage and the Ministry is confident they will be delivered soon.
