SMART Zambia says digitisation has proved its worth by reducing corruption through the removal of the human factor. SMART Zambia National Coordinator Percy Chinyama adds that the amendments to the Electronic Government Act No. 41 of 2021 address the Institute’s legal environment, which currently hinders digital transformation.
