THE Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development has disclosed that 94 percent of the K5.6 billion 2025 CDF budget was released. Ministry Permanent Secretary Nicholas Phiri adds that 86 percent of the released funds were utilised in 2025. He has further disclosed that in 2025, CDF delivered 445 health posts as well as 3,500 new classroom blocks.
