PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says Zambia is ahead of other countries in Africa in terms of reforms in the energy sector. Meanwhile, Energy Minister Makozo Chikote says government is determined to expand electricity generation capacity from 3.5 gigawatts to 10 gigawatts by 2030.
