A FUEL shortage has hit Lusaka, with most filling stations running out of diesel and in some cases petrol as well. A spot check by News Diggers! found that only three out of 11 filling stations visited around Lusaka had diesel in stock. Mount Meru along Longacres Road, Puma filling station at Longacres, Oryx and Total along Alick Nkhata Road only had petrol available. Other stations that did not have diesel in stock included Total Northmead and Bwinjimfumu, Total along Church Road and Engen filling station at Zesco.
