FINANCE and National Planning Minister Dr Situmbeko Musoktwane has attributed high fertility levels, low education, and limited skills as major causes of poverty in the country. Responding to the question in the National Assembly by Kalabo Central UPND MP Chinga Miyutu, Friday, who asked the Minister to outline the major causes of poverty in Zambia and the measures being taken to address it.
