INFRASTRUCTURE, Housing and Urban Development Minister Charles Milupi has visited the newly constructed health facility in Kalangu area of Mongu district, which according to him, was funded by President Hakainde Hichilema’s family. Speaking when he inspected the health facility, Friday, Milupi said the construction of the hospital was done in memory of the 2017 incident, when President Hichilema was charged with treason. “This means many things, actually, it shows what can be done for the people out of the goodness of an individual’s heart.
