WE have just started seeing the fruits of CDF now that President Hakainde Hichilema is in government; before, it was just a word, says Nkaba Primary School Head Teacher Columbus Masanga. Masanga says before the construction of a one-by-three classroom block completed in 2024, the school had only eight classrooms, forcing grade three and four pupils to attend afternoon classes, a situation he says produced poor grades.
