IRISH Ambassador to Zambia Aidan Fitzpatrick says countries need to avoid conflicts because they are destructive and costly. And Ambassador Fitzpatrick says there is need to support civil society to make sure they have their voice. Speaking on Hot FM’s Breakfast Show, Friday, Ambassador Fitzpatrick said a country is lost when it’s in a war situation. “You know when we have these wars, conflicts, that’s when diplomacy, dialogue has failed, we need to get back to diplomacy and dialogue.
