LUSAKA businessman Valden Findlay’s lawyer, Milner Katolo, says it is shocking that his client has been charged with espionage without being interviewed. Yesterday, Police Spokesperson Godfrey Chilabi confirmed the arrest of Findlay for the offence of espionage. Chilabi stated that Findlay was currently in custody, and investigations were ongoing. “The Zambia Police Service confirms that Mr Harry Valden Findlay, aged 63, of Lusaka, was apprehended on March 31, 2026, by a joint team of officers from the Zambia Police Service and collaborating law enforcement agencies in connection with the offence of espionage.
