A MAN in Livingstone is on the run after allegedly impregnating his 13-year-old biological daughter. Southern Province Police Commanding Officer Moono Namalongo said the matter was reported to the police by the girl’s mother. “The Zambia Police Service in Livingstone is investigating a case of incest involving a 13-year-old female juvenile. The matter was reported at Livingstone Central Police Station through Dambwa Central Police Post on April 15 at 13:10 hours by the victim’s 34 year old mother.
