EDUCATION Minister Douglas Syakalima says government has begun the recruitment process of 2,000 teachers for 2025, adding that 3,500 more teachers will be recruited after August 2026. Syakalima further says government plans to recruit 30,000 to 40,000 teachers in 2027.
