THE rhetoric of “no sacred cows” is rubbish when there aren’t any cows except those who are deemed to be disloyal, charges outgoing US Ambassador Michael Gonzales. Ambassador Gonzales, who has condemned what he terms as institutionalised and refined corruption in Zambia, has further expressed concern over the appointment of Daphne Chabu as ACC Director General, despite allegedly being under investigation for corruption.
