Speaking during the poorly attended Labour Day celebrations at the Livingstone Institute of Business and Engineering Studies (LIBES) in Livingstone, Sikumba said youths have been subjected to many vices that are detrimental to their livelihoods. “We have introduced voluntary national service, and I want to encourage you parents to volunteer your children for ZNS, you will thank us later.
