FOREIGN Affairs and International Cooperation Minister Mulambo Haimbe says government is yet to enquire whether the concerns raised by outgoing US Ambassador Michael Gonzales were an official position of the US government. Haimbe says one cannot make statements to grab the attention of citizens without regard for the possible outcomes and consequences. In his farewell message, Thursday, Ambassador Gonzales said that despite the US raising concerns over corruption in Zambia’s health sector last year, no meaningful action had been taken.
