NKANA Independent MP Binwell Mpundu on Wednesday questioned government’s decision to present the CCTV Bill for second reading in Parliament in the same form it was returned by the President after he refused to assent to it. In response, Home Affairs Minister Jack Mwiimbu said Mpundu was bitter and unhappy because President Hakainde Hichilema is in power, telling the opposition to “continue crying while UPND continues ruling”.
