ECONOMIC Front leader Wynter Kabimba says Bills that have been passed with the participation of MPs who have publicly left the PF and joined UPND are illegal and void at law. Kabimba adds that the UPND is rushing Bills in Parliament because there is no opposition. Meanwhile, he says those defecting to the UPND are tempting the ruling party to take the country back into a one-party-state. Speaking when he featured on the 5 FM’s Burning Issue programme, Kabimba said the MPs who had publicly left the PF and joined UPND would pay back the emoluments in future, stating that they were obtaining money by false pretense. “…There is a Constitutional Court judgment in 2020, prior to the 2021 elections....
