FORMER Lupososhi PF MP Emmanuel Mpankata says Munali aspiring MP Thomas Sipalo is just a job seeker, likening him to many university graduates searching for employment. His remarks come after Sipalo, alias Diffikoti, joined the UPND, where he pledged to support President Hakainde Hichilema in the August general elections. Meanwhile, Sipalo, who has been adopted to stand on the UPND ticket in Munali, says Munali’s progress remains his top priority, and he pledged to foster development in the constituency.
