HIGHER Education Authority (HEA) Director General Professor Kazhila Chinsembu says institutions of higher learning should shift from being graduate factories to producing graduates with practical skills. Meanwhile, Prof Chinsembu says higher learning institutions should embrace Artificial Intelligence (AI) in a responsible manner, not as a copy and paste tool for students.
