MILES Sampa says it is sad and hurtful that the PF will not be on the ballot in the August elections, stating that God knows he tried to ensure this was not the case. Sampa laments that his pleas to the Registrar of Societies, the Attorney General and President Hakainde Hichilema to let PF participate in the elections were futile.
