SIAVONGA STEM Secondary School has reported a sharp drop in pupil dropouts due to the Constituency Development Fund (CDF). This came to light when a Lusaka City Council team visited the school to verify CDF-sponsored pupils under Lusaka District. School Deputy Headteacher Peter Mwandia said many children who had left school due to unpaid fees are now back in class. “Many people used to drop out as parents lacked money to pay school fees, but CDF has brought life to the education sector in Siavonga and Zambia as a whole.
