THE Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) says it is satisfied that a level playing field has been provided for all candidates participating in the ongoing campaigns. And the Commission says elections in constituencies where candidates have withdrawn will proceed without them, adding that elections can only be cancelled if a political party-sponsored candidate dies.
