CITIZENS First leader Harry Kalaba says the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) must ensure that the level playing field it speaks about is demonstrated in practice and not just on paper. On Monday, the ECZ said it was satisfied that a level playing field had been provided for all candidates participating in the ongoing campaigns.
