FORMER energy minister Yamfwa Mukanga says Zesco should only export power if there is a surplus, stating that the utility company should disclose how much power it is generating and the country’s demand. On Monday, Zesco Board Chairperson Vickson Ncube said the utility company was “cautiously” starting to export power in a move to recover its net exporter status.
