TONSE Pamodzi Alliance presidential candidate Brian Mundubile says once elected, his government will end the current “meda” system under the UPND administration and reinstate the allocation of eight bags of fertiliser per farmer. Speaking at a recent rally in Nyimba, Mundubile said the UPND government had failed to support farmers in the district. “I know people of Nyimba love farming, the only problem is government was failing to help you farmers. Our government will make sure that we shed light on that darkness so that our farmers are also happy. We came from six bags and then eight bags per farmer and now we are in measuring containers.
