PF Pamodzi Alliance Secretary General Celestine Mukandila claims the UPND has continued to entice their candidates to withdraw from the Parliamentary elections. Mukandila further adds that according to the Constitution currently the Electoral Commission of Zambia cannot entertain any withdraw of a candidate. Commenting on the withdraw of NRPUP Mwinulunga West candidate Edward Katanga, Mukandila in an interview said once the nomination period had closed, a candidate cannot withdraw.
