LUANSHYA Municipal Council management says it is humbled after being named the Best Performing Local Authority at the Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply (ZIPS) 2026 Annual Awards Gala Night held in Livingstone recently. The council received the award in the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) absorption rate category for the 2024-2025 period, covering projects implemented under both Roan and Luanshya constituencies.
