THE Zambia National Union of Teachers (ZNUT) says the union hopes President Hakainde Hichilema’s pronouncement to employ all volunteer teachers is not a political statement to “woo” voters. Meanwhile, the Zambia Union of Nurses and Midwives Organisation (ZUNMO) says government should prioritise employing nurses who graduated earlier than others in the next recruitment exercise.
