THE Council of Churches in Zambia (CCZ) says there is need for clarity regarding the circumstances surrounding the death of former Transport minister Mutotwe Kafwaya, following differing accounts regarding what transpired. Meanwhile, Independent Churches of Zambia (ICOZ) president Bishop David Masupa says government should open an inquest into the death of Kafwaya to establish what exactly happened to the former lawmaker. On Wednesday, Inspector General of Police Graphel Musamba disclosed that Kafwaya had been identified by his family as the man who was fatally wounded in a raid by security forces on a house linked to Brain Mundubile in Kabulonga, on Friday last week.
