THE Zambia Cyber Security Agency (ZCSA) has expressed concern over an increase in “harmful” online content observed during and after the August 12 general elections. Recently, Secretary to the Cabinet Patrick Kangwa disclosed that government had noted the same trend with concern, warning that those pushing an agenda of hate and violence would be dealt with firmly. Prior to this, a video of two women in Chipata insulting President Hakainde Hichilema and his supporters following the general election went viral on social media.
