FORMER Finance minister Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane has urged Brian Mundubile to concede defeat and allow the country to focus on development, citing the gap of one million votes between him and President Hakainde Hichilema. Dr Musokotwane adds that the NRPUP has itself to blame for the election loss, as the party failed to campaign in provinces where the UPND polled the highest votes.
