ECONOMIC Front leader Wynter Kabimba has advised the UPND to concentrate more on lowering the cost of living in their second term. Kabimba says people have now heard enough about CDF and infrastructure development. In an interview Friday, Kabimba said the UPND needed to explain to citizens that commodity prices could only drop gradually. “The major issue which UPND did not address very effectively and it still remains one of the areas of discontent by the general populace is the high cost of living.
