THE Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) and U.S. Company Astrophysics Inc. have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to equip the Livingstone Border Post with advanced security technology. ZRA Director General Dingani Banda says modern border security demands strengthened compliance and efficient use of technology, adding that the Authority is committed to safeguarding the supply chain through data driven processes.
