THE Commonwealth has congratulated President Hakainde Hichilema on his re-election. Commonwealth Secretary General Shirley Botchwey has expressed readiness to continue engaging with Zambia, reaffirming the organisation’s commitment to its long standing relationship, as President Hichilema undertakes his second mandate.
