THE Road Development Agency (RDA) says it will implement organisational changes to strengthen its contribution towards the “Grow Zambia Agenda”. RDA, however, says organisational restructuring can create uncertainty and loss of employment, but the Agency will manage the process with respect to affected employees. Speaking at a press briefing, Tuesday, RDA Chief Executive Officer Eng Nelson Chuma said the initiative would focus on strategic alignment, strengthening accountability, capacity building, technology and innovation. “We wish to provide an important update regarding strategic organisational changes that the Road Development Agency will be implementing.
