THE Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) says it held an orientation meeting with UPND and NRPUP on Tuesday, on the distribution and submission of party lists for Proportional Representation (PR) seats. ECZ says the objective of the meeting was to familiarise the political parties with the legal framework governing the distribution of PR seats, submission of party lists and the processing of the submitted party lists. Following Constitution Amendment Act No. 13 of 2025, 40 Proportional Representation seats were introduced in the National Assembly.
