LAWYER Nkula Botha has confirmed that former mines minister Richard Musukwa was yesterday arrested and detained at Ridgeway Police Station. Botha, who is Musukwa’s lawyer, says his client was arrested without a charge, as police were still conducting investigations. In an interview, Wednesday, Botha said it was shocking that Police could make an arrest before gathering concrete evidence against an individual.
