THE Zambia Anglican Council (ZAC) has appealed to law enforcement agencies to ensure that arrested opposition figures are brought before the courts. ZAC Presiding Bishop Reverend Dennis Milanza says justice must not only punish wrongdoers, but also protect the innocent from arbitrary treatment. The Council says it is particularly worried about the incarceration of Bishop Trevor Mwamba, whose health is a source of concern.
