GLOBALLY, Presidents increasingly travel to foreign countries where they meet foreign leaders, give speeches to foreign audiences and also take time to interact and give national updates to citizens living abroad. In order to maintain national security and the health of the economy in a post-modern global environment, presidents must cooperate, bargain with, and influence other executives around the world to do business with them. This is quite beneficial to the country.
