THE actions of the Drug Enforcement Commission against philanthropist James Ndambo raises a lot of questions. To start with, it is very surprising that the Commission has already swiftly moved in to seize properties belonging to the businessman, when they have not done anything against the people who are behind the National Housing Empowerment Fund scam.
