JUSTICE Minister Honourable Mulambo Haimbe insists that a majority of Zambians are in favour of a holistic Constitution reform process, arguing that the current law needs cleaning. The minister adds that even during the Patriotic Front’s regime, the Constitution needed to be amended, but people opposed the move because of the wrong methodology which the former government adopted.
