LAST week, the Drug Enforcement Commission executed at least two shambolic investigative operations targeted at establishing and seizing property suspected to be proceeds of crime belonging to the former Head of State. Angered by the development which, in all fairness, left the investigative wing exposed, Mr Lungu posed a challenge on President Hakainde Hichilema to work with Parliament and remove his immunity so that he can have his day in court.
