PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has urged cooperating partners and citizens to openly tell his government where things are not being done properly, instead of saying things “in the loo”. Speaking when he officiated at the launch of the Saving Lives and Livelihoods Initiative, Friday, President Hichilema said people should be open with governments if there were things which were not being done well.
