FINALLY, after eight editorial comments on the matter, we got what we wanted to hear from Zesco. The power utility, through its board chairperson, has admitted that it misled President Hakainde Hichilema by informing him that load shedding had been resolved. Speaking on radio two days ago, our friend Vickson Ncube owned up and took full responsibility for giving the Republican President false information which the Head of State later passed on to citizens.
