STATE House Chief Communications Specialist Clayson Hamasaka says State House and President Hakainde Hichilema have nothing to do with the arrest of former president Edgar Lungu’s driver and security personnel named Juvensio Mathews Phiri. On Tuesday, the Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) in Eastern Province announced that it had arrested Lungu’s driver and security personnel for trafficking in 55.6Kg of loose cannabis.
